How do online bills work?

Once you've set up online bills, you won't get a bill in the post anymore. Instead we'll email you when your new bill is ready to view. Simply follow the link in the email and login to your online account, then go to 'Bills & Payments'.

You'll see a clear view of your balance, energy usage and any payments or refunds in your simple bill summary. Plus it'll let you know what's happening next with your payments.

You'll also be able to download your full bill or statement , if you prefer。 You can see all your bills including copies of your old paper bills, whenever you want within your online account。 We'll keep your bills for at least 2 years, so you don't need to worry about filing them。

You’ll still get the same number of bills or statements that you used to unless you pay by monthly Direct Debit where you’ll switch from getting a statement every 6 months to every quarter. If you pay when you receive your bill, you’ll continue to get one bill every quarter.

To set up online bills and get your simple bill summary, simply activate your online account.

If you already have an online account you can activate online bills and update your preferences when you login.
