How do I manage my account online?

It's easy to look after your energy online. All you need to do is activate your account using your account number (which you can find on a letter or bill).

An online account can help you stay in control of your energy. You can do things like set up Direct Debit payments, send meter readings and view and pay your bills.

Once you've registered you can enjoy:

  • Secure online payments
